1. Campaign Overview

Quizmaster exciting online quiz competition where participants can compete for a chance to win a brand-new Honda Livo 110 Drum!

2. Eligibility

Other than the employees of Quizmaster, bKash, and their affiliates, everyone is eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

• Players must register on the Quizmaster quiz platform and participate in the quiz rounds.
• Players Must need to subscribe in ramadan Quiz.
• The top winner of the campaign will be announced as the winner.

4.Campaign Duration:

• The campaign will be live from February 20, 2025, to May 20, 2025.
• The winner will be announced within 10 days after the campaign ends.
• The prize will be distributed within 50-60 days after the winner is announced.

5. Winner Selection & Prize Details

• The grand prize for this campaign is a brand-new Honda Livo 110 Drum.
• The winner will be determined based on highest scores in the shortest time, in compliance with all Terms & Conditions.
• In case of a tie, a tiebreaker round may be conducted, or a winner may be selected via random draw.
• Failure to pay subscription charges will result in disqualification from winning the prize.
• After the winner is declared, they must submit all required documents within 3 working days. Failure to do so will result in the prize being awarded to the next eligible participant.
• The winner must reconfirm their attendance at the prize-giving ceremony at least two days in advance. If the winner fails to reconfirm or does not show up on the scheduled day, the prize will be canceled.

6. Prize Collection & Handover Process

• The winner must collect the motorcycle from an authorized dealer or showroom selected by Quizmaster.
• Quizmaster will purchase the motorcycle and ensure necessary coordination with the dealer for a smooth handover.
• The winner is responsible for registration, insurance, and any associated costs (e.g., road tax, ownership transfer, etc.).

7. Verification & Disqualification

• Winners must provide valid ID proof (NID/Passport) and their registered bKash account details for verification.
• Quizmaster and bKash reserve the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent activities (e.g., multiple accounts, hacking, unfair practices).
• If a winner is found ineligible, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.

8. Tax & Legal Responsibilities

• Any applicable taxes, registration fees, and legal formalities are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Quizmaster and bKash will not be liable for any accidents, damages, or misuse of the prize after handover.

9. Campaign Changes & Termination

• Quizmaster and bKash reserve the right to modify, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes arising from this campaign will be resolved at the sole discretion of Quizmaster.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating, players agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to the use of their names and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
